  • INTEGRATED FISCAL WAREHOUSE - DFI AVELLANEDA

    The property is located on Acceso Sudeste 2850 East Collector Road (Km 10 of the Buenos Aires – La Plata highway), Avellaneda district.

    On an area of ​​14 hectares. expandable in the future, the site has a covered 5,040sqm module, and a semi-covered 3,300 sqm high module under which containers are operated, and a stowing area of ​​approximately 11,500 sqm, within the primary customs zone.

    It has offices, dining rooms, and services for staff outside the primary area, with approximately 400 sqm of surface.
    Support services buildings, such as restrooms and staff rest areas for carriers, internal traffic control buildings, rooms for battery chargers, and others cover an area of ​​approx. 300 sqm. The entire covered area is around 5,700 sqm.
    The park has a parking lot outside the primary zone for approximately 85 trucks and an internal parking lot for approx. 12 trucks. Also, car parking with a capacity of 32 cars.
    All of these total an area of ​​paved lots for parking and maneuvers of approximately 20,300 sqm.

  • ESTEBAN ECHEVERRÍA LOGISTICS PARK - PLEE

    The park is located on Ruta de la Tradición (formerly Camino de Cintura) and Avda. Olimpo, District of Esteban Echeverría, approximately 2,600 meters away from the intersection of the Ricchieri Highway and the former Camino de Cintura.

    On an area of ​​36 hectares, the park consists of 15 modules of approx. 10,000 sqm each, distributed in three pavilions, totaling a covered area of ​​150,000 sqm of warehouses.

    Additionally, it has:

    • 4,100 sqm of offices, dining rooms, and services for staff.
    • Support services buildings, such as restrooms and rest areas for carriers, internal traffic control buildings, and rooms for battery chargers, among others, cover an area of ​​approx. 4,300 sqm.
    • 9,300sqm of semi-covered areas for loading and unloading operations on rainy days.
    • The total covered area of ​​the PLEE is around 167,400 sqm.
    • Internal parking for approx. 130 trucks and a car parking with a capacity for 400 cars. All of these total an area of ​​paved parking and maneuvers of approximately 126,000 sqm.
    • It has three transformer substations, with its own generation equipment in case of power outages for each of the pavilions.
    • 1,000 m3 water reserve tank for fire, system and pump room with motor and electric pump.
  • SOUTH LOGISTIC PARK - PLS

    The park is located on the edge of Riachuelo, on Carlos Pellegrini Street, in the district of Avellaneda. Strategically located 1,000 meters from the Exolgan port terminal and 1,500 meters from the entrance to CABA.

    On an area of ​​11 hectares, the park consists of three warehouses that add up to a storage area of ​​43,000 m2.

    Additionally, it has:

    • 3,300 m2 building with offices, dining rooms, and services for staff.
    • Support services buildings, such as restrooms and break rooms for carriers, control buildings, rooms for battery chargers and others cover an area of ​​approx. 1,800 m2.
    • 4,300 m2 of semi-covered areas for loading and unloading operations on rainy days.
      The entire covered area is around 50,000 m2.
    • The park has an internal parking, for approx. 70 trucks and a vehicle parking lot with capacity for 50 cars. Adding an area of ​​paved parking lots and maneuvers of approximately 40,000 m2.
    • It has two transformer substations, which include its own generation equipment in the event of power outages for all buildings.
    • Water reserve tank for fire of 700 m3, system and pump room with motor and electric pump.
  • PARQUE LOGÍSTICO ZÁRATE - PLZ

    The property is located in the Zarate Industrial Park, 6 kilometers from Route 9 and 1.5 km from the port of TZ.

    On an area of ​​4 hectares of its own, the park consists of a warehouse with a surface area of ​​1,900 m2, a side overhang that allows loading operation on rainy days, a truck scale, and a recently expanded container yard of 6,000 m2 of concrete.

    It has perimeter lighting, security cameras, an alarm connected to the corporate monitoring system, 24-hour security, and a fire network fed by a 36m3 tank
    It is connected to the network provided by the Cooperativa Eléctrica de Zarate, but it also has its own generator set capable of maintaining operations without being affected by a power outage.
    It has an exclusive broadband connection with access to corporate data processing systems.
